New Website Platform

School of Prophets Aotearoa is developing a connected Website and Attendee Platform that will make it easier for people to apply, register, pay, receive event information and access resources from one secure place. We would love you to consider partnering with us on this important project that we want to have in place by 2027.

Why is this important?

Currently, attendee details, event registrations, payments, email communication and resource access are spread across separate computers and manual processes. The new platform will bring these pieces together so attendees have a clearer experience and the SOPA team can spend less time copying information between tools.

You will have your own portal on the website, and you’ll be able to…

  • Apply or register for SOPA events online.

  • Register for other events without re-entering every detail.

  • See your application and registration status.

  • Complete your payment after acceptance, where vetting is required.

  • Download receipts.

  • Access event details, preparation notes and reminders.

  • View eligible recordings, audio and PDF resources.

  • Update contact, church and communication details.

  • Complete follow-up surveys after events.

  • Once you’ve been accepted for SOPA you won’t have to enter the same information each time you register

  • Register for them within your portal

  • Free Resources that are available to the public.

  • Links to online training events.

  • SOPA Audio Sessions from Schools that you have attended.

  • Eagles Nest video replays.

  • Teaching notes and any recordings from Training Sessions you have registered for.
