All our trainers are seasoned prophets or prophetic trainers, who have ministered and trained others for many years. They know what it is to have faced similar challenges to the ones you face, such as uncertainty in how to process and deliver prophetic words, misunderstanding, rejection, and more… Together, they bring a dynamic mix of prophetic revelation, Biblical depth, and seasoned wisdom that will deeply inspireand equip you in your calling.


Lyn Packer – School Leader and Host

Lyn's passion is to see people grow and mature into the fullness of their identity in Christ. She is respected nationally and overseas as a prophet, teacher, and author, and has been in ministry for over forty years. Lyn facilitates the New Zealand Prophetic Network and School of Prophets Aotearoa. A native-born New Zealander, she is married to Rob, has two adult children and two grandchildren.

Colleen Wewege

Colleen and her husband Bernhard are passionate about seeing the body of Christ come to strength and health, and they love to see the church empowered and equipped.

Over 45 years in ministry they have pioneered churches and they also travel extensively, encouraging pastors and leaders to build the Kingdom, and stay the course.

Colleen is particularly called to help establish healthy prophetic cultures in churches, and has a desire to see people come into the full expression of their God identity and potential. She is passionate about revealing the heart and purpose of New Testament prophecy.

Nathan Shaw

Nathan helps bring individuals and churches into dynamic encounters with God's indescribable love. Nathan's passion is to equip churches so that they can move in the Spirit, access heavenly realms, encounter God's heart and release His Kingdom on the earth. Over the last twenty years he has been instrumental in ushering in significant moves of the Spirit in over ten different nations. Many have experienced life changing prophetic encounters and dramatic visitations from God. Nathan is the author of two books: Passion and Fire and Unto the Least of These and he is the senior pastor at Fire and Destiny Centre.

Melita Archer

Melita is passionate about seeing people living in the fullness and freedom of their identity in God, and seeing God’s voice in every heart and every sector of society. She trains people mainly in the prophetic and leadership. She has created training content for an online Bible College, and was a guest lecturer at Faith Bible College. Melita also runs in-person and online training events and courses. She has a background in law, missions, business mentoring, and training development. She is part of Equippers Church, and ministers in the prophetic, prayer, and inner healing.


Steve Close & Stuart Ennor

Steve and Stuart have worked together prophetically as a team since 2018 and each brings different strengths to that team. They have taught and ministered prophetically in New Zealand, the Netherlands, and Belgium, where they have been described by church leaders as safe, authentic, selfless, and model working well as a team. They have ministered in many settings such as church services, ministry to pastors, church leadership teams, youth and young adult groups, business breakfasts, and more... 

They attend Grace Vineyard in Christchurch, where they work as a team to teach and train people in the prophetic gift. 


Rob Packer – Worship Leader

Rob is a prophetic minstrel whose ministry has spanned over four decades and many continents. He is a worship leader, song writer, and teacher whose worship CD’s, Keyboard DVD’s, teaching and books have brought freedom to many. Rob is also a respected mentor to many worship leaders and teams throughout New Zealand and overseas. His teaching ministry releases profound yet practical keys and understanding for life and ministry.
